The 1994 German Figure Skating Championships (German: Deutsche Meisterschaften im Eiskunstlaufen) were the German Figure Skating Championships for the 1993–1994 season. They were the figure skating national championship that determined the national champions of Germany for that season. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies singles, pair skating, and ice dancing in the senior and junior levels.
The 1993–1994 competition took place in Herne, Germany from December 17th through 18th, 1993.
