Pete Sampras defeated Jim Courier 7–6(7–3), 7–6(8–6), 3–6, 6–3 in the final to win the Gentlemen's Singles title at the 1993 Wimbledon Championships. This was the first of Pete's Open Era record of seven Wimbledon titles.
