The 1991 Nabisco Dinah Shore was played at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, California. This was the 20th edition of the Kraft Nabisco Championship, and the ninth edition as a major championship, and was played from March 28–31.
This championship was won by Amy Alcott.
