The 1990 Football League Cup Final took place at Wembley Stadium on 29 April 1990. It was the 30th League Cup Final, and was contested between Nottingham Forest and Oldham Athletic. A single Nigel Jemson goal from a breakway gave Forest the cup, equalling Liverpool's then-record of four wins.

As of 2016, this is the last time that Nottingham Forest won the League Cup.
