The 1968-69 season was the 29th season in UE Lleida's existence, and their 1st year in Tercera División after 1968 relegation.

Round 2 game finished 2 – 1 but a win for Lleida was decreed by the Spanish Federation due to an illegal lineup by Palafrugell.
