The 1940–41 Slovenian Republic League was the 22nd season of the Slovenian Republic League. SK Ljubljana have won the league for the second time. This season the Slovenian League counted with the participation of all the strongest Slovenian clubs, as the previously played 1939–40 Croato-Slovenian League was disbanded, which corresponded to Yugoslav second tier along with the 1939–40 Serbian League, and a separate Croatian and Slovenian leagues were formed.
