René Lacoste defeated Bill Tilden 11–9, 6–3, 11–9 in the final to win the Men's Singles tennis title at the 1927 U.S. National Championships. It was Lacoste's second U.S. Championships title and his fifth Grand Slam title overall.
Seeds
The tournament used two lists of eight players for seeding the men's singles event; one list of U.S. players and one for foreign players. René Lacoste is the champion; others show in brackets the round in which they were eliminated.
