Beals Wright defeated Clarence Hobart 6–4, 6–1, 6–3 in the All Comers' Final of the 1905 U.S. Men's National Singles Championship. Defending champion Holcombe Ward was defeated by Wright in the Challenge Round 6–2, 6–1, 11–9. The event was held at the Newport Casino in Newport, R.I., USA.
