Șieuț (Hungarian: Kissajó; German: Kleinschangen) is a commune in Bistrița-Năsăud County, Romania. It is composed of four villages: Lunca (Friss), Ruștior (Sajósebes), Sebiș (Sajófelsősebes) and Șieuț.
