Łączna [ˈwɔnt͡ʂna] (German: Wiesenhof) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pasłęk, within Elbląg County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Pasłęk, 12 km (7 mi) east of Elbląg, and 69 km (43 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia). It was transferred into Polish control following the Yalta and Tehran Conferences that occurred after World War II
