İzmir Banliyö Anonim Şirketi or İZBAN A.Ş. is the joint-stock company of İZBAN. It was created in 2006 to operate the commuter rail network around İzmir. İZBAN A.Ş. is owned 50% by the Turkish State Railways and 50% by the İzmir Municipality.
