Øystein Drillestad (born 22 January 1970) is a retired Norwegian football midfielder.
He is a nephew of Bjørn Drillestad. He started his career in Råde IL, and participated in their successful run in the 1988 Norwegian Football Cup. He was a squad member for Norway in the 1989 FIFA World Youth Championship. Ahead of the 1990 season he joined Norwegian First Division (first tier) team Moss FK. In 1991 he was back in Råde. He later played for Sarpsborg FK.
