Charles-Joseph-Émile Loubon (January 12, 1809 – March 1, 1863) was a French genre painter.

Loubon was born in Aix. He traveled with Granet to Rome in 1829, and in 1845 became director of the School of Practical Design at Marseilles.
He is known for his pastoral and animal paintings.
Loubon is interred at the Cimetière Saint-Pierre in Marseilles.
