Álvaro Moerzinger (born 1949 in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan lawyer and diplomat.
He served as Ambassador to the OAS and later to Canada.
From 2011 to 2014 he was Ambassador to the Netherlands.
In 2014, he became a Vice-President of the Assembly of States Parties of the International Criminal Court.
