History
Walutomat.pl was established by Revelco Sp. z o.o. in November 2009 as one of the first Polish services offering online currency exchange - for several months Walutomat enjoyed first-mover advantage, as there was no major competitors on that market niche. Walutomat's unique position lasted till spring 2010 - the launch of competitive online currency exchange companies, like Cinkciarz and InternetowyKantor. In 2013 Revelco Sp. z o.o. - the owner of Walutomat.pl - merged with InternetowyKantor.pl S.A. creating Currency One SA - the biggest Polish online currency exchange with about 50% market share.

According to company's website the value of daily transactions on Walutomat.pl reaches 51 million PLN, and since 2009 over 90.000 users of Walutomat.pl exchanged equivalent of over 10 billion PLN.
