2008 – Express Homes, Inc., now known as Express Modular, begins business as a Regional Custom Modular Home Builder in the Mid-Atlantic States.
2010 – Express Modular introduces a completely new website design with features that are advanced and unique to the custom home builder industry.
2011 – The Express Project Estimator is introduced on ExpressModular.com. This is a historic industry first for a custom modular home builder and allows customers to create their own pricing estimates for every standard house plan online and in real time.
2012 – Express Modular grows its national presence to be licensed in virtually every state east of the Mississippi River.
2013 – Continuing its growth, Express Modular contractor licensing expands to include most states east of the Rocky Mountains.
2014 – With the successful completion of licensing in California, Express Modular becomes the first truly nationwide custom modular home builder in the United States.
2015 – Inc. Magazine names Express Modular to position #378 on the Inc. 500 Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing privately owned companies.
