Johnny One Hundred Pesos

In the fall of 1990, 17-year-old Johnny Garcia (Armando Araiza), a low-level crook, becomes involved with four older thugs who are planning to rob a money-laundering business masquerading as a video store. Johnnys ineptitude forces the gang to take hostages, bringing a swarm of exploitative media attention. With Johnnys judgment warped by his growing attraction toward one of the hostages, Gloria (Patricia Rivera), the group struggles to negotiate their escape.

Johnny, the young student and his 4 friends, decide to rob a bank. They pretend they are customers, and suddenly they take out pistols and force the staff to give all the money to them. When they try to leave, the police appear. The media deal with this story immediately and broadcast everything.
